We want you to be completely satisfied with cvim.app. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscription plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to info@cvim.app with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The refund is requested within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The request is for the most recent subscription payment
  • Day Pass refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your CVs and data remain accessible (with free plan limitations)
  • Shareable CV links may become inactive after the subscription period ends

5. Day Pass

The Day Pass provides 24-hour access to all features. It is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. Refunds for Day Pass must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
