cvim.app is an online CV/resume builder platform that provides:

• 55+ professionally designed CV templates
• Canva-like free-form canvas CV editor
• AI-powered content generation (bullet points, cover letters, ATS scoring)
• LinkedIn profile import
• Shareable CV links and portfolio pages
• PDF export
• Job application tracking

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

cvim.app offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans include Demo, Day Pass, Starter, Pro, and Premium tiers with varying CV limits and feature access.

Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Changes do not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy and/or Paddle as our payment processors. By purchasing a plan, you also agree to the respective payment processor's terms of service.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create on cvim.app (CV data, uploaded images, text). We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our AI-powered features (bullet point generation, cover letter writing, ATS scoring, CV scoring) use third-party AI services. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed and edited by you before use.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download content
• Resell or redistribute the platform's services without permission
• Create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

The cvim.app platform, including its design, templates, code, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or templates outside of normal CV creation use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease. Your CV data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

cvim.app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
